The apartment building at Mai 71 is a seaside residential building with energy efficiency class B and it has 45 one- to four-room apartments on three floors. The building is a 5-minute drive from the city centre, a few minutes’ walk from the seaside, and is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The Raja preschool and swimming pool, a shopping centre, and the seaside are only a few hundred metres away. There are several schools, grocery stores, and a bus stop nearby.
All the apartments have hydronic underfloor heating based on district heating and an independent forced ventilation with heat recovery. The lighting in the entire building is based on LED lights. The house is equipped with door phone intercoms, connecting the apartments to the main door of the building via audio. Air conditioning can be installed in the building.
High-quality and natural materials have been chosen for the interior decoration. All the apartments have interior packages in both lighter and darker tones available. The floors are covered with sand beige or walnut solid wood oak parquet, the walls are painted, and the bathrooms have ceramic tiles.
The walls between the apartments and external walls of the building are mostly made of prefabricated reinforced concrete or concrete blocks. The walls inside the apartment are drywalls. Triple-glazed windows provide adequate soundproofing.
There is a storage room on the ground floor and a parking space in front of the house for each apartment.
