Construction of the Rannaniidu homes has begun!

Last week, Miston Capital OÜ started preparations for laying the foundation of the Rannaniidu Homes. At the time of starting the construction, 32% of the apartments i.e. 9 apartments have already been sold.

The architect of the development project is Arhitektuuribüroo Korrus OÜ and the constructor is Rivest OÜ. The apartment building will be completed in the fourth quarter of next year.

Rannaniidu Homes

The Rannaniidu residential buildings project was inspired by its gorgeous location by the Pärnu Bay and beautiful golden sandy beaches. A shared-use path that runs along the seafront is just a few steps from the house, offering ideal opportunities for working out and evening walks. The house has two- to three-room apartments with a balcony and tall ceilings, offering great views of the sea. The bus station and larger shopping malls are only about 500 metres away, and the buildings are a walking distance from a school and pre-school.

The building constructed at Papiniidu 54 with three floors and energy efficiency class A is characterised by its modern design and luxurious choice of materials. All the apartments have interior packages in both lighter and darker tones available. The roof of the building has solar panels.
