Vista Residents Topping Out Party
At the Vista Residents development, an important milestone was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony. This marks the point where construction has reached its highest stage and the buildings are beginning to take clear shape.
The event took place in a pleasant and traditional atmosphere. The wreath was brought down by Kuldar Kirikal, Development Manager at Miston Capital OÜ, and Rauno Loonurm, CEO of Rivest OÜ, who rode a lift to the roof themselves to retrieve it. It was quite a sight and gave the event a lively start, as you don’t see them riding a lift every day.
The good atmosphere was further enhanced by our partner Bravo Catering, who prepared the table and ensured that guests enjoyed a satisfying meal.

Three Buildings and a Strong Team
Vista Residents consists of three buildings located at Mai 75, 77, and 79. The first building at Mai 79 was completed in autumn 2025. The next two buildings will be completed by summer 2026.
In total, the development includes 62 new homes. The first two buildings each have 21 apartments, and the last one has 20. The selection includes 2- to 4-room homes, each with a balcony or terrace.
The completion of such a development is a major team effort. More than one hundred people are involved in bringing the project to life, from designers and builders to various specialists. This shared contribution is what creates a high-quality and well-functioning living environment.

The name Vista means “view,” and here it truly lives up to its name. These are the closest new apartment buildings to the sea in Pärnu, offering a მშვიდ and serene living environment along with beautiful views.
