Apartment building Mai 71 being built by the beach of Pärnu sea – the topping out party has been held.

On the midsummer afternoon of July 13th, an important milestone arrived when the builders of the Mai 71 homes developed by Miston Capital OÜ were given a topping out party and a wreath was brought from the roof.
The builders showed mercy to the developer and, reviving traditions, the development manager of Miston Capital OÜ was given the best hand saw for the Kuldar Kirikal construction site.
At the end of the party, we heard the praises of the construction team, so the house was blessed and warm relations with the spirit of the house were established.

Today, the Mai 71 homes by the sea have reached their maximum height, and finishing works on the exterior facade are starting. The apartment building will be completed in February 2023.
Mai 71 homes with energy class B, developed by Miston Capital, is a three-story apartment building with 45 apartments. The apartments have spacious terraces and balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows make new homes full of light.

The selection of the location of the house was determined by promoting an environmentally sustainable lifestyle – everything necessary is within a moderate walking distance. The new apartment building is located in the neighbourhood of the Raja kindergarten-swimming pool, there are schools nearby and several grocery stores in the vicinity. Pärnu beach and green areas are 1 minute away, and the city centre is a 30-minute walk away.
When establishing the new development, the goal was that the activities necessary for life can be carried out on foot or by bicycle.

The real estate development at Mai 71, Pärnu has gained a lot of support among the environmentally friendly lindens, by the topping out 89% of the apartments have found new owners.
