Rannaniidu Homes at the address Papiniidu 54 will be completed soon. On the other side of a beautiful and warm summer that we recommend spending in Pärnu we will be celebrating the beautiful moment of handing over the keys to their new home to our valued customers. September 2022 is an important month!
The A-energy class building gets its energy from solar panels, and natural light streams into rooms through floor-to-ceiling windows. We have designed the layout of the apartments with the aim of avoiding useless areas indoors, and the choice of materials is modern even after decades. In the quality of construction, we follow the principle that we are building for ourselves and make no concessions!
When building Rannaniidu Homes, we have a goal in mind that in the future, as we walk along the Papiniidu Street, we can proudly say that we built this building.
The construction of Rannaniidu Homes is going according to plan and we are on schedule with our work. In mid-December, the apartment building received its cornerstone, and in February we started on the construction of the third floor.
In March, windows were installed and the roof cornice was built. We started with insulation work.
In April, we thanked our very skilled and hard-working construction workers with a rafter party. During that same period, Betoonimeister’s trucks could be seen visiting the site – we cast the floors.
Visiting the construction site of Rannaniidu Homes was the most exciting in May when every day offered a new look and it became more and more clear that there were only a few months left until the building was completed.
… 16 days later, a whole new scene opened.
In May, there was something new to discover on the exterior facade of the building every day. A slab facade and design strips were installed on the walls of the building.
It’s a bit sad to say that there are just three homes left in this building with a unique design and thoroughly thought-out layout – there is one apartment available on each floor, and all their windows overlook the beautiful Pärnu Sea. SEE available apartments here.
