Miston Kinnisvara opens a new office in Pärnu
Miston Kinnisvara has taken an important step forward by opening a new office in Pärnu. This is not just a new workspace for us, but a promise to contribute to the development of the city, to be present, and to offer high-quality solutions that create lasting value for the community.
We officially opened our doors on August 1st, 2025, bringing together our team and partners to celebrate this special moment. Our neighbor, Mulligalerii, created a vibrant atmosphere with an inspiring presentation, and we symbolically opened a 6-liter champagne bottle – a tribute to enduring value and shared growth. The evening continued with a boat trip along the Pärnu River, accompanied by music and great energy from DJ Gerit.
How It All Began
Miston Capital was founded six years ago when founder Rivo Loginov saw an opportunity to create something lasting and of high quality for Pärnu. In the early years, the focus was on property development, with the goal of creating projects that not only serve practical purposes but also enrich the surrounding environment and community.
From this natural growth emerged Miston Kinnisvara – a company that brings all real estate services under one roof. We offer our clients the opportunity to buy, sell, and manage property while receiving professional advice and support at every stage.

Rauno Loonurm, CEO of Miston Kinnisvara, has said that opening the new office is an important step forward – it allows the company to be closer to clients and partners and creates a space where new ideas can be born. Having previously managed a modular house factory producing apartment buildings, kindergartens, schools, and other structures mainly for the Swedish and Finnish markets, he was deeply inspired by Rivo’s vision of developing Pärnu in a holistic way. For Rauno, this was a perfect opportunity to contribute to the growth of his hometown.
Our name MISTON is no coincidence – it embodies the principles and values that guide us in every project. We act with purpose and seek innovative solutions while remaining stable and forward-looking. We create homes and environments that are personal and meaningful and always set high standards for ourselves to achieve the best possible results.
Projects That Have Already Transformed the City
One of the most notable examples of our work is Vagabond Loftid – a transformation of the former Beti barn into a modern and stylish apartment building that has breathed new life into the area. Another highlight is Vista Residents, offering high-quality living by the Pärnu beachfront promenade, combining an excellent location, thoughtful architecture, and modern comfort. Over the years, we’ve also developed Bremeni Homes, Rannaniidu Homes, and Mai 71, each designed to offer residents a comfortable, safe, and value-creating living environment.

Looking Ahead
We are not looking back – our eyes are firmly set on the future. Several exciting developments are already underway or about to begin.
In September 2025, demolition will begin at Aia 4 (the former Pärnu Museum) to make room for a new development that will enrich the cityscape. At Ringi 58 (the former Tervise boiler house) next to the University of Tartu Pärnu College, construction is planned to start next year to create a modern and inspiring mixed-use area.
